ACUPRESSURE Acupressure therapy can be used
in place of acupuncture. Instead of needles, finger pressure
is used to stimulate the same points on the meridians as acupuncture.
This uplifting therapy provides relief from pain by moving
qi throughout the body.

REIKI A method of ancient healing art using
the hands to move energy. Reiki’s effects can be felt
right away. This very relaxing treatment can eliminate pain,
comfort anxiety and soothe emotional stress. Reiki increases
harmony and well being by restoring a state of balance in
the body.

Aromatherapy is
part of all of the above treatments.
AROMATHERAPY is the practice of using volatile
plant oils, including essential oils, for psychological and
physical well-being. Essential oils are the pure essence of
a plant. Holistic aromatherapy does not include the use of
fragrance oils or unnatural products. At Bamboo Wellness Nancy
uses high quality oils specific to a patient’s needs
and in combination with Acupuncture and Reiki.
